You don’t really need a recipe for this meal but it’s a weeknight cooking idea starter! We have wraps about once a week for my meltdown night when I’m too exhausted to cook. They are super easy to throw together for a wonderful, healthy meal. Like tomorrow night….these are happening! To keep it even easier I always have a rotisserie chicken in my refrigerator, for a quick meal adder. I’ve noticed on this blog that I’m making up a lot of words…..🍴
Chicken Caesar Wraps

- 1- Rotisserie chicken
- Romaine lettuce
- 1- Bottle of Caesar dressing
- Wraps or tortillas
- 1- Tomato
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Take the meat off of the rotisserie chicken and chop it up
Chop the romaine lettuce and the tomato and put it in a bowl
Add enough dressing to lightly cover the mix and toss it with Parmesan cheese
Add about a cup of the mix in the middle of each wrap and roll up tightly, sides in first!
