Banana Egg Rolls with Caramel Sauce

We go to the PF Changs occasionally, and it only took one time of having their banana spring rolls for me to be addicted.  I have a nack for mixing recipes and making recipes up and this is one I was determined to figure out.  Super easy, great for a crowd.  You can even get fancy and make the vanilla bean ice cream from scratch if you’re ambitious like me.
